Kemampuan Cyber Digital pada Muatan Pendidikan Polri guna Menghadapi Konstelasi Keamanan Global

Abstract

Abstract : The world has entered the era of digital cyber characterized by the use of internet-based devices in all lines of life. Disruption phenomenon makes people aware of the shifting work in civilization of human life. It also occurs in the field of police work accompanied by rapid development in the world of criminality on the other hand. This paper wants to show the urgency of some of the competencies of police officers in the field. From the communication and information studies it is clear that the competence of skills that police personnel must possess is their understanding of the information itself philosophically, communicative reliability and public relations practice are also required in field work, plus nettiquette in interacting with humans in the digital cyber world, preparation of the media agenda and understand the analysis of the content of existing communication media, but rather to digital media. Keywords ; cyber-digital, information, competence, communication Abstrak : Dunia sudah memasuki era cyber digital yang ditandai dengan penggunaan gawai berbasis jejaring internet di segala lini kehidupan. Fenomena disruption menyadarkan orang adanya pergeseran kerja dalam peradaban hidup manusia. Hal tersebut juga terjadi pada bidang kerja kepolisian dibarengi dengan perkembangan pesat dalam dunia kriminalitas di lain sisi. Tulisan ini ingin menunjukkan begitu mendesaknya beberapa kompetensi kemampuan anggota polisi di lapangan. Dari kajian komunikasi dan informasi jelas, bahwa kompetensi kemampuan yang harus dimiliki anggota polisi adalah pemahaman mereka akan informasi itu sendiri secara filosofis, keandalan berkomunikasi dan praktik public relations juga diperlukan dalam kerja di lapangan, ditambah dengan nettiquette dalam berinteraksi antar manusia di dunia cyber digital, penyusunan agenda media dan memahami analisis isi media komunikasi yang ada, tetapi lebih kepada media digital.
