Scientific Investigation dalam Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Pembunuhan

Abstract

Abstract The case of the murder of young women in 2015 was made a research study because it was a prominent case because at that time investigators had difficulty determining the suspect due to the lack of evidence at the beginning of the investigation process. This study aims to obtain a description of the Scientific Investigation Technique in the disclosure of a criminal offense using a qualitative approach, while the research method is a case study method. The study was conducted at the Barelang Police Satreskrim conducted to determine the steps of the Barelang Police Satreskrim in the use of Scientific Investigation through DNA. In this study shows that the Scientific investigation method used by the Barelang Police Criminal Investigation Unit has helped in the disclosure of the crime of murder effectively with supporting and inhibiting factors Keywords: Scientific Investigation; Investigation; Murderer Crime. Abstrak Kasus pembunuhan terhadap wanita muda di tahun 2015 ini dijadikan studi penelitian karena merupakan kasus yang menonjol karena pada saat itu penyidik kesulitan menentukan tersangka karena minimnya alat bukti diawal proses penyelidikan. Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi Tehnik Scientific Investigation dalam pengungkapan tindak pidana pembunuhan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun metode penelitian adalah metode studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan pada Satreskrim Polresta Barelang dilakukan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah Satreskrim Polresta Barelang dalam penggunaan Scientific Investigation melalui DNA. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode Scientific investigation yang digunakan oleh Satreskrim Polresta Barelang telah membantu dalam pengungkapan tindak pidana pembunuhan secara efektif dengan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat.
