Abstract

Abstract Demonstration in Indonesia on many places can be a riot and sometimes even anarchy though it had ruled by act on Undang Undang Nomber 9/1998. Then, it can not be avoided that the police on handling these domonstrations became on a crash (kerusuhan). The article describes Sabhara Direactorate of Police handle demonstration in Bali. As an institution, police in Bali (Polda) couse of big numbers of demonstrations need special police for handling demonstration that done at Sabhara Departement. It means, very important for up grading the skill by engeneering organitazion in the case for taking savety on action of demonstration. Key Words: empowerment; Mass Control; Handling demonstration
